About MAGRABi

MAGRABi is one of the region's long-standing eyewear names. It traces back to 1927, when Dr. Amin Magrabi opened the first clinic in Cairo. MAGRABi Retail Group became a separate company in 1987, and in September 2024 it merged with Rivoli Group to form an enterprise with over 290 stores across several countries.

The online store sells sunglasses, eyeglasses, clear and coloured contact lenses, smart glasses such as Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta, and accessories like cases, chains and cleaning cloths. Brands on offer include Ray-Ban, Prada, Burberry and Giorgio Armani.

MAGRABi launched its online store in 2020. The site offers virtual try-on and online eye-test booking, and runs country sites for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Egypt.

  • Free shipping on all orders in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, per the shipping pages.
  • 3-hour express delivery in Riyadh and 90-minute delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 5 PM.
  • Cash on delivery is available for a fee: SAR 20 in KSA, AED 10 in the UAE.
  • 14-day return window for online orders; contact lenses and ophthalmic lenses can't be returned.
  • In KSA: mada, Apple Pay and cards, plus Tamara and Tabby instalments.

MAGRABi in Saudi Arabia: Shipping & delivery, Returns, Payment

Shipping & delivery
Per MAGRABi's KSA shipping page, all orders ship free and cash on delivery costs SAR 20. Riyadh gets 3-hour express delivery for orders before 5 PM, or standard delivery in 2–4 days. Other areas, including remote ones, get standard delivery only, in 4–6 business days. Prescription eyeglasses may take extra business days.
Returns
Per the returns page, online purchases can be returned within 14 days if the item is in original condition: unworn, unscratched and in its original packaging. All contact lenses and ophthalmic lenses are non-returnable, and if an invoice mixes returnable and non-returnable items, the whole invoice becomes non-returnable. Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are not refunded. Refunds go to the original payment method, and you start a return from the orders section of your account.
Payment
In Saudi Arabia, per the payment page: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, mada and Apple Pay, cash on delivery (fees may apply), Tamara (split in 3, interest-free) and Tabby. In the UAE: credit cards, cash on delivery (fees may apply) and Tabby (4 equal interest-free payments).

How to use a MAGRABi promo code, step by step

  1. Open the MAGRABi online store for your country (KSA or UAE) and sign in or create an account. Your account is where you track orders and request returns.
  2. Add your items to the bag, and check each product page for whether it can be returned if that matters to you.
  3. Copy the MAGRABi promo code from this page, paste it into the code field at checkout, and check that the discount shows in the total.
  4. Choose a delivery option available for your city and a payment method. Note that cash on delivery carries an extra fee.
  5. Place the order and follow it from the orders section of your account.

Ways to save more at MAGRABi

  • Pay online instead of cash on delivery to save the SAR 20 / AED 10 fee, which isn't refunded if you return the order.
  • Not sure about the fit or look? Use the site's virtual try-on before you buy, since the return window is 14 days and has conditions.
  • Don't put contact lenses on the same order as glasses you might return: a mixed invoice becomes fully non-returnable.
  • Read the code terms on this page (such as minimum spend or excluded brands) before you check out.
