About Cartlow
Cartlow is a Dubai-based marketplace launched in 2019 by Mohammed Sleiman. According to MENAbytes, it sells pre-owned, refurbished, open-box and clearance products at a discount — mainly phones, laptops, watches and TVs. Its terms say the site is owned by Cartlow DMCC.
Every item carries a condition grade. Clearance means new stock that may have worn packaging; Open-Box means returned stock that was opened but not used; Refurbished means stock that may have had minimal, moderate or extensive use, then was inspected, graded and certified. Prices follow the grade.
Cartlow delivers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia and has apps on the App Store and Google Play. Before using a Cartlow promo code, check the item's grade and the warranty shown on its page.
- Every product has a condition grade: Clearance, Open-Box or Refurbished.
- Warranty provided by Cartlow — 12 months per the FAQ; the app listing says 3 to 12 months.
- 10-day returns, started from "My Orders" via "Create Dispute".
- Delivery fee by item size: AED 13–49 in the UAE, SAR 16–49 in Saudi Arabia.
- Cash on delivery available; refunds on COD orders go to your Cartlow wallet.
Cartlow in Saudi Arabia: Shipping & delivery, Returns, Payment
- Shipping & delivery
- Delivery across all regions costs SAR 16 for small items, SAR 23 for medium and SAR 49 for heavy items. The FAQ gives about 1–3 business days in one answer and 3–5 in another.
- Returns
- Cartlow's FAQ describes a 10-day return process. Go to "My Orders", pick the order, choose "Create Dispute" from the menu, then select a reason and the item. Refunds are issued after the item is inspected: to your wallet for cash-on-delivery orders, and to your card or wallet (your choice) for card payments. The warranty is provided by Cartlow; its terms exclude misuse, mishandling, accidental damage and water damage, and claims go through customer service.
- Payment
- The FAQ mentions cash on delivery, credit/debit cards and the Cartlow wallet. The Google Play listing also mentions an instalment option without naming the provider.
